Pharmacy, health and beauty retailer Boots has announced plans to recruit around 10,000 seasonal Christmas staff for the 2022 holiday period.

The temporary positions at the Nottinghamshire-based chemist chain will include thousands of in-store roles, along with warehouse jobs and other operational vacancies.

Recruitment has already started for some of the Xmas vacancies but there are still thousands of opportunities up for grabs for any student still looking for work over the upcoming holidays.

Most of the roles will be as Christmas Customer Assistant but there will also be around 3,000 warehouse vacancies at Boots’ distribution hubs in Beeston and Burton-on-Trent.

All new recruits can look forward to staff perks such as 45 per cent of Boots own brand products.
