Three graduates have come up trumps winning placements on Barratt's Graduate Recruitment Scheme.

Focussed on developing the graduates' skills in leadership to prepare them for possible management roles, the scheme is made up of eight weeks of placements across the business structure in the first year.
Subsequently they will be steered into a specialist subject area and encouraged to carry out voluntary work locally or overseas.
The three successful graduates were 23-year-old Kate Lister, 27-year-old Becky White and 24-year-old John Graham, all of whom will start work in the companys Newcastle offices, said the website.
Managing director of Barratt Newcastle, Bernard Rooney, told easier.com: "Becky, Kate and Jonathan are a very welcome addition to the team. The graduate recruitment programme has been introduced recently to help us find the talent for tomorrow.
"The scheme is easily the biggest of its kind in the industry and will help us to maintain our leading role in the years to come."
