Coventry Building Society has announced recruitment plans for new jobs and apprenticeships at its head office in Coventry’s Binley area.

The financial firm is creating around 20 new jobs in Coventry to boost its customer service offerings and will also be recruiting 10 new apprentices across various areas of its operations.

Announcing the new opportunities within the company, Coventry Building Society’s head of customer service, Sam Richards, said: “We’re a growing business with a fantastic reputation for great customer service. More savers and borrowers means we need even more people to join our team and provide a first class service experience to our two million members.”

“We’re proud to be a Coventry business and we want local people who love customer service to join us. As well as creating 20 new roles, there are 10 apprenticeships and a number of other vacancies available right now.”
