We are currently recruiting for experienced chefs (all grades) to join our team for the upcoming 2024 UEFA Europa League final, and upcoming concert/Summer series of events.

We’ve crafted menus for every taste and occasion, from festival food to weddings, stadiums, racecourses, product launches and coffee shops – wherever we are, we deliver a showstopping selection of culinary creations.

Our menu is shaped around a commitment to seasonal produce; combining the best from local Irish ingredients and food cultures and reworking ideas using modern techniques focused on freshness, local sourcing, and compelling flavor combinations.

Working Hours

Constellation optimizes the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at 7 different sport/leisure venues across the Republic of Ireland, on shifts that suit you.

Skills / Qualifications

The availability to engage well with team members to provide a consistency high standard of food. A high level of HACCP knowledge – Level 2 Qualification in food safety. The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure. Have a professional image at all times in line with the Culinary standards.

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
