Nexus Search is a leading recruitment company specialising in the Automotive, Technology and FMCG industry.

There will be a tailored training programme in place, which will take you through each stage of the recruitment process, to become a future top biller. Training continues at each step of your career with nexus.

This is a business development focused role, you will be tasked with bringing on new clients in your sector.

• Networking, and developing new and existing business relationships.
• Client teams and face to face meetings
• Candidate sourcing via industry specific job boards
• Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
• Working and achieving weekly, monthly targets
• Negotiating with both parties

What we are looking for:

Recruitment is a sales role and not always a 9 to 5 role! An entrepreneurial mind set is a must, as well as a strong work ethic with the desire to succeed. Being competitive also helps and you must have an entrepreneurial flair.

Commission is offered on top of a basic salary, so being financial motivated is a must! Strong communication is key as you will spend most of your day speaking to people on the phone, as well as teams' meetings- you will also go out to meet your clients face to face.

There are a lot of highs and lows in recruitment, so staying positive is a must.
