Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting Chef de Partie's to work at different venues in and around Manchester!

Additionally, you have the choice of ongoing contract work with set venues or flexible work allowing you to pick and choose your shifts and events.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed catering team of staff, dedicated to delivering high quality, seasonal and locally sourced fresh produce to customers. As the successful candidate you will be expected to work as part of a catering team as well as using your own initiative at venues including sports stadia, racecourses, hotels, arenas and some of the UK's top heritage and tourist sites.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cook to specification and service requirements.
• Product quality and control to correspond with stadiums set standards.
• Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management to ensure delivery.
• Stock Control and Waste Management.
• Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
• Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times.

What are we looking for?

• Valid food hygiene certificate. You will have an NVQ Level ,2,3 Professional Cookery or relevant experience in the role.
• Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality, affordable, on-the-go and sit-down meals.
• Eligible to work in the UK
