Job Description

We are seeking ambitious HR Management Interns to join our dynamic team and contribute to the HR strategies and practices of our digital health platform project. As an HR Management Intern, you'll work closely with our HR Manager and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, from recruitment to performance management. You will gain hands-on experience in handling, analysing, and driving HR policies in a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:

Assist in the development and refinement of job descriptions, post job openings, screen applications, and schedule interviews. Collaboration:

Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and coordinate with the HR Manager for fulfilment. Analysis:

Monitor key HR metrics, gather employee feedback, and assist in making data-driven decisions to enhance workplace experience. Documentation:

Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, including employee records, training modules, and policy documents. Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated with HR trends to adopt best practices. Employee Onboarding Support:

Assist in coordinating onboarding sessions for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Qualifications: Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with HR management tools e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar, is a plus.

Passion for human-centric approaches and a drive to learn and grow in an HR role.

We run an ongoing internship programme within our Product Development team. Interns typically join us for 3 months (often with the possibility to extend the internship) on an unpaid basis. We offer: Mentorship : Work closely with experienced product managers and industry professionals. Real-World Experience : Contribute to live projects that have a direct impact on our users.

All our internships are full-time and successful candidates following the first 3 months will be evaluated for a £700.00 per month salary upon successful confirmation as Junior Associates.
