Position Overview:
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. You will oversee and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service, and contribute to maintaining the high standards for which we are known.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and support staff.
Ensure that service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Assist in the training and development of new and existing staff members.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
Monitor and maintain proper dining room setup and cleanliness.
Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and service.
Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and special events.
Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety regulations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
