Our Store Managers are the heartbeat of our business. As one of them, you'll be in charge of driving sales in your store, ensuring top class customer service, making sure we're fully stocked with all the products we need, and, most importantly, that our people are happy and know what they need to do. Sound like a lot? Not to worry, we give all store managers top class training, on and off the job, plus additional education to keep our Wise Owls, well, wise.
Heading up your own team of Wise Owls, you'll make sure their product knowledge is top of the range and that their understanding of what every customer needs is second to none. Naturally, you'll be supported every step of the way, but your store is your own - yours to take complete ownership of and be proud of.
Our Supervisors are there to support our Store Managers - and to step in for them when called upon. As part of the in-store management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring the very best customer service, and working with our Wise Owls to make sure they're getting all the training they need to nurture their talents.
In fact, when you think about it, our Supervisors are our Managers of the future. And with our specially tailored training and development programmes, we'll train you up too, to eventually manage a store of your very own.
Our Sales Associates are the face of Holland & Barrett. They're our Wise Owls. And they're Wise Owls for a reason. It's their job is to listen to our customers, answer their questions, find out what they need and introduce them to the products that best meet those needs.
We look for Sales Associates who love to work with customers, understand their needs and are passionate about healthy living. In your induction, we'll give you all the training you need (however much that may be) to get you up to speed with the products we sell. It's all about helping you to feel confident in the products you're talking to customers about and, in turn, helping you to become a Wise Owl yourself.
Many of our Store Managers started out as Sales Associates and we're developing various Career Programmes to help you become one of them too - if that's what you aspire to, of course.
As either a Regional Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our stores. Whether visiting the stores in your area and advising on sales and standards, or dealing with customers to make sure they're getting the best shopping experience imaginable, this is a fantastic opportunity to really make a name for yourself.
When you're based away from the nest and out in the field, you're responsible for making sure our stores portray a healthy, happy image - and that all of our Wise Owls are trained up and ready to get heads turning in store.
