Schuh is the high street and internet footwear retailer from West Lothian in Scotland. It started out in the early 1980s with just one shop in Edinburgh but has since grown to over 90 outlets in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
In 2004, Schuh opened its biggest ever store along Oxford Street in London, and more recently, in 2011, they were acquired by the US firm Genesco.
No matter how big Schuh gets, they always try to remain true to their original philosophy, which was to provide individual high fashion footwear, sold in a unique and exciting retail environment.
