Company DetailsMini Champions Out of School Club currently operates from two locations in South London – Childeric Primary School and also Jubilee Primary School. Mini Champions ethos is to provide a stimulating environment for all its children after a long day at school. The focus is very much on three key core areas: 1. Fun - A place for children to attend after school and have a great time participating in a range of activities. Each session we want to see happy and engaged children with a smile on their faces. 2. Safety - Whilst each session should be fun, it is equally important that the sessions are conducted in a safe manner at all times. We take our responsibility for providing a safe space for children incredibly important. 3. Engagement - Staff who are highly engaged, this means staff who get stuck into sessions and build rapport with each child. We expect staff to not sit and watch the children, but to get involved as much as they can in sessions resulting in a lasting memory for the child. |
