We seek out talented young people who have faced hurdles in life, due to background or circumstance, and find them paid, year-long apprenticeships in the marketing departments of leading companies. The roles we recruit to cover the whole spectrum of the Marketing industry including copywriters, art directors, designers, planners, social media manager, campaign management to name a few. We help support eligible young people through the recruitment process as well as providing professional development and mentoring throughout the apprenticeship.
