Cambridge Uni best of British for MBAs

02 Oct 2007

Cambridge Uni best of British for MBAs Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge has come seventh in the Economist's best full-time MBA programme rankings.

Top of the Economist Intelligence Unit's 2007 ranking was the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago, with Stanford Graduate School of Business coming in at second.

Henley Management College broke into the top ten this year up four places from last year.

Indeed, this year European schools were increasingly making their presence felt, pushing upwards on the list to create an equal split between US and European institutions.

Dr Richard Barker, MBA Director, Judge Business School, said: "The quality of our MBA programme combined with the strength of the wider Cambridge University networks, gives us a strong advantage which helps our students and alumni secure careers in which they can excel.

"We continue to work on improving the quality of our programme and realising our differentiated position based on collaborative leadership."

The Economist Intelligence Unit judges its rankings on the aptitude of full-time MBA programmes to deliver four key factors including: career prospects, personal development and experience, increased salary and networking potential.
