Job Title: Graduate Program coordinator

Location: Central London 3 x per week

Salary: up to £30,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a Graduate Program coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the PMO team with various project-related tasks.


Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination Support:

- Aid in the creation of project plans and schedules.

- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

- Maintain project documentation and update project schedules as needed.

- Organize and coordinate project meetings.


2. Project Reporting and Documentation Assistance:

- Assist in preparing project status reports.

- Document project deliverables and maintain project documentation repositories.

- Create and update project dashboards for visual representation of progress.

- Track project risks and issues and ensure they are properly documented and managed.


3. Project Communication Facilitation:

- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are involved.

- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes to capture discussions and decisions.

- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.


4. Support in Project Quality Assurance:

- Assist in ensuring adherence to project management processes and standards.

- Conduct project audits to evaluate compliance with established procedures.

- Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.

- Identify opportunities for improving project management practices and processes.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
