What does the role involve? As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll work towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification. 20% of your working week will be fully dedicated to off the job learning so you'll have plenty of opportunity to work towards your qualification and projects. In addition to your apprenticeship studies, you'll receive industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy. Working as part of a small team, you'll use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to delight customers whilst helping with a wide variety of queries and requests. Our office is based in Newbury where you'll spend your first few weeks full-time whilst undertaking your initial induction. After that you'll be able to choose from working in the office full-time, or opting for hybrid working where you can split your week between the office and working from home. Some of your key duties will include:

Interacting with customers by phone and email Resolving customer queries where possible in the first call or email Liaising with specialist teams where needed

Beyond this, you'll put your qualification to good use and continue to grow your career at Novuna through development conversations with your Team Leader. This could include higher level apprenticeship qualifications, joining our mentoring programming, taking part in our award winning Aspire Leadership course, and much more.

Good written and verbal communication skills You are IT literate and comfortable learning new systems and processes The ability to work on your own initiative You can adapt to change quickly and positively
