Job DescriptionGraduate Surveyor4Site is recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with our MEP client that specialise in managing electrical contracts from tender to completion. Their project range includes overseeing Lighting Control, Power, Fire Alarm & PA/VA, UPS's, Generators, and Voice & Data systems. it is a great way to begin a career in quantity surveying, with the opportunity to learn under the managing director in a start up company.Location: Site and Office based - Central LondonDuties and Responsibilities:Manage electrical contracts throughout all stages from tendering to completionRevise and issue Electronic AutoCAD DrawingsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including providing training, method statements, and risk assessmentsAttend site progress meetings and issue comprehensive reportsHandle monthly financial reports, including applications, variations, and cost plansManage own workforce, including recruitment and employmentWork closely with the Managing Director to learn and progress, particularly in HVAP & LVAP projectsQualifications:Previous experience in a junior quantity surveying role OR background in an electrical or mechanical trade Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyMotivated and eager to learn and progress in the fieldIf you meet the qualifications and are looking to kickstart your career in quantity surveying within the MEP industry, apply now to join our dynamic team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
