Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Work alongside the current FAS to provide pre-sales support to the commercial teams for territory planning.
Supervise and maintain relevant projects, landmarks, and cases.
Attend customer calls and on-site meetings alongside the FAS, supporting any relevant technical follow-up activities.
Support customer training lead by the FAS on-site.
Participate in FAS-led internal communications, FAS training, and Knowledge Sharing Call series.
Attend regular 1:1 meetings with internship supervisors and the FAS Manager.
Manage hardware upkeep.
Review technical drawings and documents.
Participate in process improvements, development projects, and contribute to the resolution of common issues.
