The Role
- Working closely with leaders across develop to understand requirements.
- Scoping and planning alongside your Delivery Leader.
- Using all available methods of candidate attraction to find new candidates.
- Engaging with candidates to provide them with brilliant new opportunities.
- Managing their processes through to completion
- Managing all aftercare processes
- Providing a best-in-class recruitment service
We are looking for Graduates who have/are:
- A background in business or subjects which require presentation skills
- Sporting or debating backgrounds with a competitive nature.
- Enjoy working in target-driven environments
- Purpose-driven individual with clear goals and aspirations to achieve big things.
- Track record of strong resilience.
- Results driven.
- Organised with brilliant attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate excellent autonomy in previous roles.
