Hospitality Supervisor

The primary goal is to aid in the efficient planning and execution of daily services in every C&E area at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Our clients and guests are provided with exceptional service by adhering to the Company's CARE motto, which represents Care, Aspire, Respect, and Engage.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

• Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and service standards, while managing and supervising staff in day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring compliance by implementing policies, procedures, and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations, and improve guest experience.
• Ensure that appropriate standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained in all event areas.
• Quickly and satisfactorily resolve any complaints or issues by handling guest feedback.

Requirements

· Previous supervisor experience preferred in catering industry.

· The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods.

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

· Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
