Job Description
As the Receptionist, you provide the first impression for all visitors. You will be responsible for greeting potential residents, families and other visitors, managing both external and internal calls, and taking and communicating messages. You will also provide information to support marketing and sales efforts, as well as taking on other administrative duties.
About you
- Proven experience in a customer service role, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills
- Good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills
- An organised record keeper

In autumn 2017 we will be opening our new, purpose-built care home in Buchanan Court, situated on Sudbury Hill in Harrow. The 80-bed home will be light, contemporary and luxurious, offering the best in nursing, residential, dementia and short-term respite care. Our activity coordinators will also be arranging a varied weekly plan of group and one-to-one activities for residents to enjoy.
