Sigma Connected, a contact centre specialist, has announced new plans to create around 500 new work from home jobs in the United Kingdom.

As part of new growth plans, Sigma, based in Redditch, is looking to fill hundreds of remote working vacancies in the first three months of 2023.

Sigma mainly works in the utilities and finance sectors, providing customer support for water, energy, insurance and other financial services.

The company has already taken on around 600 new staff in 2022, taking their headcount to approximately 4,000 members of staff.

The new round of recruitment will see Sigma further increase their staffing levels by over 12 per cent in the first quarter of 2023.

Announcing the new flexible jobs at his company, Sigma Connected Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mike Harfield, said: “As part of our rapid growth, new client wins, and success in various markets, I am delighted that we can once again expand our team here after adding thousands of new jobs in the past 10 years.”
