Professional services firm Deloitte has plans to recruit dozens of new staff at a new base in Leeds, Yorkshire.

Deloitte, one of the ‘Big Four’ accountancy firms along with Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC, could have 50 jobs on offer at its in-house creative agency, 368.

The company has already started recruitment for 20 positions but says there is scope for a further 30 or more jobs at the new Leeds centre before the end of 2021.

Deloitte’s 368 creative agency has already been a part of the company’s set up for three years at its London base. The firm plans to launch the new Leeds agency as their ‘northern hub’ in June this year.

Roles on offer within the 368 agency are as wide and varied as filmmakers, strategists, copywriters, social media teams, developers and event specialists.

A Leeds-based partner and chief marketing officer at Deloitte, Annabel Rake, said: “I know first-hand that [Leeds is] a dynamic and influential destination for creativity. Offering a community of diverse, creative talent, Leeds is now the workshop chosen by many to create distinct and unique marketing campaigns.”

“368’s new northern base in Leeds will provide a vibrant backdrop to support our ambition to launch award-winning campaigns, created by some of the brightest and most ambitious creative talent in the industry,” added Ms Rake.

Creative director David Harris, one of the 368 team leaders in both Leeds and London, also commented, saying: “Recent months have taught us how to work collaboratively and creatively with our teams, wherever we are based. However, the connections we have with our communities continues to influence the work that we deliver.”
