Vodafone Will Offer 50 Graduate Job Places Next Year Vodafone are to make 50 graduate job places available as part of their recruitment process next year. The mobile phone company has said they will offer £25,000 a year to their new colleagues who will start the graduate roles in September 2010.

The director of Human Resources at Vodafone UK, Matthew Brearley, said that the company wanted to attract ‘smart, internet-savvy people, who want to make a real difference’ to their mobile communications business.

Brearley said: “We are looking for graduates who are passionate about customers, who will thrive in a dynamic environment, get involved and add value.”

Initially the successful candidates will carry out the first two months of their new graduate job at a regional Vodafone retail store. Vodafone have over 400 stores located around the UK and it is at one of those that the new recruits will improve and refine their knowledge of Vodafone products before advancing into areas like customer service, finance, marketing and human resources.
