ResQ, a contact centre specialist, has announced expansion plans which will see the firm create 200 new full or part time call centre jobs in Hull.
The 200 new recruits will be based in ResQ’s offices at Hammonds of Hull in the East Yorkshire city’s Paragon Square.
The hiring spree comes on the back of ResQ expanding its call centre support services for British Gas, a firm which the company has worked with for over 10 years.
ResQ currently employs around 2,000 members of staff in Hull and Durham, so once the 200 new vacancies have been filled over the course of the next 12 months, the call centre specialist will have increased its headcount by 10 per cent.
Launching the recruitment drive in Hull, ResQ’s chief executive officer and co-founder, Gill Marchbank, said: “Being able to grow our partnership with British Gas is fantastic news and it is all thanks to the drive and commitment of our team. It reinforces our absolute belief that we are a top performing partner for sales and customer service and will deliver results better than anyone else in the market.”
