Looking for a way to make the most of your summer? Look no further!

Volunteer today to spend some of your summer weeks with Camp Romania, helping children with conversational English at an activity camp in Transylvania with pre planned lessons and activities.

All costs are covered for you and you receive a weekly allowance for spending money.

No experience is needed – JUST a very good command of ENGLISH LANGUAGE, your enthusiasm plus COMMITMENT, and a desire to help children improve their English in a fun and relaxed environment!.

This is the perfect opportunity to embrace a new culture and explore Romania this summer! We are currently looking for UK and EU volunteers to come to Romania to work in unique recreational-educational programmes for children and youngsters.

When can you volunteer?

We are looking for volunteers for the following dates, choose which programme suits you best:

Season 1 entry A: 20th June (for 3-4 weeks) – only 2 positions left !

Season 1 entry B: 26th June – 27/28th July

Season 2: 24th July - 24th August

*All the dates are the Flight dates to and from Romania.

What to expect:

• Training provided during placement
• 4 1/2 day working week, Sunday evening - Friday morning
• 3/5 week placements, leaving you with more time for your summer plans
• Up to €300 weekly (allowance + bonuses) + all expenses paid (including flights & full board)
• 3 to 5 day holiday in Bucharest shopping/sightseeing with accommodation in the best central students clubbing area, at the end of the placement
• Evenings out/parties and more… with the entire team of representatives
• Easy, relaxed daily schedule (starting 10 a.m.)
• Unrestricted pool, sauna (SPA) and fitness access (where available)
• No responsibility for the children’s meals/night time/free time, as they are permanently accompanied by the Romanian teachers & staff (outside the scheduled lessons &; activities)
• Wireless internet access
• Activities resource library & modern multimedia equipment
• Certificate of participation (with reference – on request)
• Trips to most important sites round Transylvania
• 24 hours medical provision and RO medical emergency cover
• Clothing self-washing and hairdressing, if needed

How it works:

• For UK applicants: direct flight from/to Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds (if available at the time), or/and LONDON LUTON /STANSTED (chosen flights are available only on certain days of the week).
• For EU applicants – round flight from the convenient EU airport.
• Travel Insurance policy paid up to £ 20.00 by DAD|Camp ROMANIA
• Organised guided free transfers from and to Romania airport for the Seasons’ dates
• All the expenses are fully covered by DAD|Camp ROMANIA – including flights
• It might be necessary that you will have to book your outbound flight from the airports list above, and the cost will then be reimbursed. DAD|CAMP ROMANIA can also book the outbound flight for the successful candidates; this can be discussed and organized during the application process. Places are limited so please try to apply early!

Qualifications

To volunteer with Camp Romania you must:

• Have a UK/EU passport

OR

• Be eligible to travel to the EU without a visa

OR

• Have a valid Shengen travel visa
