We're looking for a reliable, energetic, and hands-on Store Room Operative to play a key role in supporting our busy operations. If you enjoy staying active, take pride in being organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and wants to be part of a supportive team, ensuring stock and supplies are managed efficiently behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities


As Store Operative, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by:

  • Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries accurately and safely
  • Picking, packing, and issuing stock as required
  • Moving stock and materials around the store room (manual handling involved)
  • Keeping the store room clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
  • Carrying out regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Following health & safety and manual handling procedures
  • Supporting other teams with stock-related requests as needed


Skills & Experience


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a store room, warehouse, or stock-handling role is desirable
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting, carrying, and standing
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work at a steady pace
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Must hold a valid driving licence and your own transport are essential, as you'll be required to travel between various event venues
