We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Assistants to join our Betting Team at Uttoexeter Racecourse and beyond. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, working across public, restaurant and hospitality areas of the racecourse.
We are looking for Team Members who are able to work with us at multiple sites such as Chester, Haydock and Aintree Racecourse. There will be additional opportunities at national racing festivals such as Aintree Grand National, Cheltenham Festival, York Ebor.

Who are we looking for?
· Applicants 18+
· Drivers/keen travellers
· Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred
· Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred
· Honest and reliable team members
· Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge

Pay Rate
· Customer Service Assistant - £12.90 + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.61 per hour
. Courier/Pool Pitch - £14.05 + holiday pay 13.3% = £15.91 per hour
· The same rate for all ages 18+
