Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to join our team at The Long Road Festival – the UK's biggest celebration of country, roots and Americana music. Join thousands of festival-goers for an unforgettable weekend of live music, great food and incredible atmosphere.

What you'll be doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills
