Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background working on a restaurant pass? Constellation is looking for a confident and organised Back of House Team Leader to support premium hospitality operations at Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.

About the Role

As a Back of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of service between the kitchen and front of house teams, ensuring food is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

You will support a range of premium hospitality areas, including:

• 5-course plated service for approximately 100 guests
• Buffet-style service for approximately 250 guests

This is a casual role, with shifts available primarily on Wolverhampton Wanderers match days, alongside occasional additional event opportunities throughout the year.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the pass during service, ensuring smooth and efficient food delivery.
• Coordinate effectively between chefs and front of house teams.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail, ensuring all food is presented according to specification and matches service requirements.
• Monitor service timing and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Support both plated and buffet-style service operations.
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working on a restaurant pass is essential.
• Experience working closely with professional chefs in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between front and back of house teams.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
