Apprenticeships and youth employment

Vince Cable talking about providing up to 20,000 more apprenticeships by offering a £1500 incentive payment for employers to take more apprentices on. As reported by the Telegraph: "There are good careers out there, apprenticeship is a very good route to vocational training and highly skilled, highly paid employment," the Business Secretary said. "I would urge as many young people as possible to find opportunities in that area."
