Dozens of Jobs To Be Created At Butlin’s In Skegness & Bognor Regis
Butlin’s is creating dozens of full or part time jobs for 2024 at two of its holiday resorts in Skegness and Bognor Regis.
There will be around 50 vacancies at Skegness in Lincolnshire and a further 37 jobs at West Sussex’s Bognor Regis.
Roles on offer across the two sites include seasonal roles and permanent positions including team members, cleaners, maintenance staff and team leaders.
The recruitment plans are being driven in part by new ventures including over 120 new premium lodges in Skegness and a £15 million, 4,600 square metre indoor activity centre to be named PLAYXPERIENCE in Bognor Regis.
Announcing the vacancies in Skegness, director of the resort, Jeremy Fletcher, said: “This gives anyone looking for a change this year the chance to be part of something brand new and the opportunity to start a career with us at a really exciting time.”
“2024 is going to be an incredible year at Butlin’s Skegness. Following an amazing 2023 where we opened Butlin's SKYPARK and our new-look fairground, this year sees the launch of our brand-new premium lodges and the Maple Walk village,” added Mr Fletcher.
Meanwhile, Resort Director at Bognor Regis, Nikki Ratcliffe, said: “2024 is going to be an incredible year at Butlin’s Bognor Regis. The opening of PLAYXPERIENCE is going to significantly enhance our guests’ experience on both family breaks and our adult only Big Weekenders. Nowhere else does fun and entertainment like Butlin’s, so PLAYXPERIENCE opening its doors in Bognor will take already jam-packed holidays to a new level.”
“We’re delighted that as well as offering our guests more fun and entertainment when holidaying with us at Bognor, we’ll also be creating more jobs at our resort. With a variety of different roles on offer, vacancies will be available in the summer ahead of the activity centre opening. This year really is going to be our biggest and best year yet,” said Ms Ratcliffe.
