Barista Maestro Smiths Family Kitchen We are excited to be launching our very own Brand New exclusive coffee conceptSmiths Family Kitchenwith its local links to Southampton at the Princess Anne Hospital, the standalone store will sell local brands of coffee as well as food, meeting the essential needs of the patients, visitors and staff working at the hospital.Smiths Family Kitchen offers over 40 beverage options that are hot, cold, and iced as well as offering fresh baked products in store, patisserie items, hot breakfast, and lunch on the go Smiths Family Kitchen prides itself on supporting the local community and giving back to its customers with a wealth of offers, loyalty and NHS discounts.As aBarista Maestro atSmiths Family Kitchen, youll lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service, create a working environment that helps our colleagues to develop and achieve.Contract Type: Permanent Working hours: Ranging from 24 to 36 hours per weekWorking hours will be offered between:

    Monday to Friday 5am to 6.30pm Saturday 7am to 4.30pm We close on a Sunday!

    Creating a culture of learning, support and recognition - spotting opportunities for development of personal skills, product knowledge and self-awareness to support our colleagues in an environment where everyone feels valued and welcomeKeeping teams up to date on stores business performance and appropriately challenging what can be done to improve
What our Store Leadership Team would love to see:
    A passion for providing a great customer experience in your stores by Crafting Great coffee with your passion and energy for that Perfect BlendCurrent Team Leader / Barista (or equivalent) in a fast-paced hospitality retailer or similar environment - but not essentialConfident in energising, influencing and motivating the store team to deliver exceptional service and performanceOrganised, proactive - able to prioritise at pace in a fast-paced retail environmentExperience of proactively leading from the front, getting stuck in, and helping your team on the shop floor
