A little bit about us:

Host staffing is the go-to staffing agency for many of the UK’s most prestigious event organisations. Each day we provide hundreds (often thousands) of temporary workers to support the most anticipated sporting and social events in London and beyond. Pick a major event of 2023 and the chances are we were then behind the scenes ensuring things run like clockwork – The British Grand Prix, Italian Open, Wimbledon, Ascot, Henley and hundreds of concerts festivals, premiers and parties.

Qualifications

  • What the role entails:

    As an account manager you are the main point of contact between Host and your clients and ultimately you are responsible in ensuring their events are a success. All timesheet/Payroll and onboarding is carried out by our dedicated teams affording you more time to fucus on keeping your clients happy.

    Your duties will include:

    Building strong relationships with your allocated clients

    Gaining a solid understanding of their exact requirements to ensure we constantly deliver.

    Gathering monthly/weekly forecasts and event updates and accurately publishing them to our staff.

    Creating core teams for each client.

    Checking in larger events.

    Ensuring we communicate effectively and regularly to ensure we are constantly getting things right.

    The ideal candidate will:

    Be bright, confident and articulate.

    Be ambitious and motivated to succeed.

    Have great organisational skills

    Have a rounded understanding of Hospitality/Events Sectors.
