Job Description

Join our friendly and energetic team in this interesting and diverse Customer Service Apprenticeship role. Our team provide excellent customer service through, telecommunications, online support, and a customer facing support centre in a modern, streamline technology repair centre. You will learn an array of administrative and customer service skills which will assist in acquiring qualifications and progression within your career. Our previous apprentice's have been fast tracked and promoted through our business due to our commitment to their training and learning. TMT First are an authorised Samsung Repair Partner for mobiles, tablets and wearables. At a time where it is more urgent than ever to reverse climate change, our goal is to 'Keep Technology Alive for Longer'. The Customer Service Apprentice contributes to this goal by accurately supporting and communicating with our customers to ensure their devices are repaired and continue to serve them well. Main duties:* Act as the first point of contact for customers who have sent their devices to us providing professional customer service.* Booking repairs in, quoting customers, answering enquiries via phone, email and live chat.* Providing excellent service to customers in the Samsung Support Centre.* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails and live chat from the public in a timely and effective manner.* Proactively drive out of warranty repairs by explaining the benefits of repair to customers.* Develop a strong rapport and trust with customers throughout the customer journey.
