Allocate Software is now RLDatix, a global software company that designs innovative products to optimise complex organisations. We have taken expertise from a number of industries and applied this to the specific issues and complexity of our customers.Role Summary:We are offering a paid internship to join a busy internal talent acquisition team based in Richmond. Supporting the TA team you will be liaising on a regular basis with candidates from all over the world, coordinating interviews and assessments and ensuring they are kept informed of their position within the process. You will also be actively involved in some key project work born out of the integration of RLDatix and Allocate Software companies.You will need to be an extremely organised person, feel confident interacting with a range of people and be familiar with IT systems.This opportunity is only available to people who have completed their studies.Responsibilities: * Scheduling candidate assessments * Coordinating telephone, face to face, video interviews and booking interview facilities * Managing shifting schedules and rescheduling where necessary * Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment system HireBridge * Project work regarding company integration * Updating company documentation * Communicating effectively with the wider HR teamPersonal Attributes: * Organised * Proactive * Confident multi-tasker * Collaborative * Keen to learnCore Competencies: * Analytical skills – Approach data with the right questions and strive to present data in the most informative and impactful way.
