Through Growing Greatness we will support you to gain a relevant professional qualification, where applicable, and provide you with lots of additional training and development opportunities and enable you to participate in a range of projects to enhance the skills you develop.CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure the responsibilities of the post are carried out in a way that reflects the standards, vision and values of Great Places;To deliver value for money and manage resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring that targets (financial and non-financial) are met;To promote Great Places to employers, sector bodies, and the local community, developing effective partnerships with employers, the funding agencies and other representative bodies;To observe all policies / procedures / working practices / regulations and in particular to comply with Great Places Equality and Diversity Policy, Health and Safety Policy and Safeguarding PolicyTo undertake appropriate training and staff development.To identify and develop individual contribution in the delivery of the Great Places competency framework KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To be the first point of contact for the Support & Service Development Team, dealing with any queries in an efficient and effective way.To assist in the development of a system of ‘Bank Staff’ and provide administrative support across the Department.To liaise with the Support and Service Development Team to ensure Policies, Procedures and Workflows are reviewed and updated regularlyTo support teams within the Department collecting data, and completing analysis to support continuous improvementsTo work with the Housing & Contracts Team to ensure Partner Managed information is accurate, reflective and performance concerns are identifiedTo support the Senior Management Team arranging meetings, taking minutes and updating action plans and support with Projects across the OrganisationTo provide a high level of customer service at all times, behaving in a respectful, courteous and polite manner to internal and external customers when representing Great Places Housing GroupTo adopt a flexible responsive maintenance service between the core working hours (currently Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm)To complete all requirements of the apprenticeship programme and ensure other essential learning has been achieved within an a timely manner Person SpecificationQUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths, preferredEXPERIENCE & SKILLS:• Use of full range of Microsoft Office• Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure• Attention to detail• Good written and verbal communication• Organisation and ability to time-manage work load• Able to deliver a high standard of customer service• Full UK clean driving license would be derisiblePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Prioritising multiple activities in conjunction with each otherPositive and constructive outlookCapable of communicating at all levelsInterest in delivering outstanding customer serviceA flexible working styleAbility to work as part of a team as well as on own initiativeProfessional and value led with integrity, inclusivity and respect for diversityCommitment to work in partnership with others for the benefit of Great PlacesAbility to work flexibly and when needed outside normal working hours Ref: 134 147
