We pride ourselves on our ability to source niche areas through our extensive experience and knowledge.  Overview: We have a very exciting opportunity for a Data Administrator – Recruiter to join a bubbly vibrant team and support the internal functions with administrative and coordination duties.  The role of Data Administrator – Recruiter is to build, maintain and grow gross margin to meet and exceed both individual and divisional targets by placing nurses onto bookings and generating gross margin (GM).  The Data Admin – Recruiter generates gross margin through establishing and maintaining locum relationships; matching nurses who have relevant qualifications/experience to vacancies and ensuring quality compliance standards are met and maintained in line with the relevant legislation. Key Tasks: Compliance: Requesting and collating from new and existing candidates any outstanding registration and/or compliance documentation including DBS ID, Right to work, Copies of qualifications, Professional Indemnity Insurance and obtaining details of refereesEnsuring that the minimum compliance documentation is on file and accurately logged before passing the file to the compliance teamSigning up nurses to register with the agencyEstablishing and recording the nurses availability for work on a regular basisMeeting nurses to establish relationships and collect key compliance documentsEstablishing and recording the nurses availability for work on a regular basisEnsuring that all nurses are made fully compliant prior to submitting their details for client vacanciesShort-listing and matching appropriate candidates to the vacancies Candidate Generation: Register new candidates that are relevant to current and/or future client needs and who have relevant experience and availability to work within an appropriate timescaleBuilding relationships with new nursesAsking nurses to recommend other potential nursing candidatesFollowing up on leads of recommendations/candidate referralsEncouraging alternate candidate referrals from nursesWorking from the current database of potential candidates to generate and gain new interest Locum Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with nurses, whether available to work or notManaging locum needs and expectations of usManaging the candidate’s availability and working locationsManaging candidate requirements and needs such as accommodation  What we are looking for:  Personal Attributes: A confident and bubbly personA professional attitudeEager to workWell organised  Entry requirements: The entry requirements for this programme are as follows: 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subjectGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject  You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
