About our Engineering Graduate Programme From day one, you’ll become part of the team and see first-hand what it’s like to be at the heart of our business. We’ve carefully tailored our programme to support you in achieving your potential as an engineer of the future. Throughout your 25-month programme, you’ll navigate through placements that will technically, professionally and personally challenge you and help to build the skills and experience you need to be the very best you can be. We’ll give you the freedom to aspire to each of your placements and first post role which means you’ll have the opportunity to influence where in the business you complete your placements and enable you to shape your own career! You’ll receive training from our expert trainers and be supported by a dedicated programme manager, business mentor and line manager. You will play a vital role in shaping the future role of gas and how we establish ourselves at the forefront of sustainable energy, not only through your placements but also through a Graduate owned 12-month project. Accredited by IGEM, we also offer mentorship through to Professional Registration, which you’ll start whilst on the Graduate Programme. You’ll be supported and encouraged through your journey of professional development with opportunities to develop the Engineering Councils UK SPEC competencies. Our community of graduates provide the perfect support network, pulling from their personal experience they’ll provide guidance and assistance and you’ll inspire each other from the very start. About You We’re looking for engineering graduates who act with curiosity, courage, pride, purpose and ownership to join our team.
