Job Description

You’ll be working on a wide range of tasks giving you a comprehensive insight into the company’s activities as well as an opportunity to contribute and be an important part of an exciting start-up RESPONSIBILITIES • Study design briefs and determine requirements • Conceptualise visuals based on requirements • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design • Amend designs after feedback • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements • Assist with marketing and social media post • Prepare print-ready artwork • Design & edit catalogues • Create product mock ups REQUIREMENTS • Proven graphic design experience • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop) • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus • Must live in London • Must be graduated • Please either attach a portfolio, or a link to your portfolio Bonus • Animation skills • Photo editing skills WHAT WE OFFER • 3 month paid internship at London Living Wage with potential for full-time role after • Training on the job and courses • Flexible WFH: 2 days a week in our London office and 3 days work from home • A friendly and sociable team: monthly events and drinks • Responsibility and empowerment from day one • Office dog
