Store information in line with department guidelines to ensure effective retrieval.Ensure databases and systems are updated in-line with current SOPs to fulfil regulatory obligations.Advise management of the status and progress of assigned duties identifying potential problems or delays, and possible solutions, as they occur.Assist UKRA team members by supporting departmental initiatives as may be required.Develop an awareness of regulatory requirements (including legislation, guidelines, industry best practice, and liaison with Competent Authorities) and use this information to suggest potential improvements to departmental processes and procedures.The minimum qualifications for this role are:Proficiency in written and spoken EnglishA life sciences degree or equivalent qualificationIT literate with proficiency in using word, excel and power pointPrevious experience of databases and document management systems considered an advantageAt Viatris, we offercompetitivesalaries, benefitsandan inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
