About us: We are a multi-discipline contractor, specialising in full-service highway and public space maintenance, improvement and construction; delivering services to London Boroughs, Local Authorities and the supply chain. Our core services include road surfacing, reactive maintenance, highway maintenance, highway engineering, surface treatments, winter maintenance, bridge installation, structure maintenance, cliff stabilisation, gully cleansing, traffic management, street lighting, emergency call outs, road marking, and urban redevelopment. The position: Reporting into Traffic Management Officer, this exciting new role supports the Traffic Management department with various administration duties. You will be working with a busy, friendly team based in Chelmsford and will be supported in learning the following duties; Updating Daily Spreadsheets.Generating order numbers.Monitoring Company in House procedures.Creating Daily Job SheetsCheck invoices from SuppliersAssist Traffic Management Manager. Personal Specification: Good IT SkillsBasic Excel skillsGood timekeeping Good communication skillsAbility to work on own initiative.
