Our Story.“Whilst stuck at home during the pandemic we learnt two lessons. The first was how complex and expensive it is to make cocktails at home. The second is how horrible current ready-to-drink alternatives taste. We asked ourselves “Surely it has to be possible to create a quality pre-made cocktail?” so, we did! Zero compromise.We see a world where cocktails aren’t seen as a bar-only drink, but an after-work drink, a train-home drink, a picnic-in-the-park drink.We’ve developed a range of unique, innovative flavours that push the boundary of what’s possible in a drink. Jalapeño and watermelon? Ginger and peach? We’re giving the industry a long overdue shake up.Where we areHaving launched in only October 2020, we’ve already sold to over 10,000+ e-commerce customers, 120+ corporates including Sky and Deliveroo and are stocked in dozens of venues around the country.Having recently been backed by notable investors, we’re now in a position to scale into becoming THE household cocktail brand in the UK.Main Role Purpose.We're looking for someone creative with ideas on how we can get Mixtons in front of as many people as possible.You will take ownership of our socials and influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for growing our TikTok and Instagram channels by creating original, engaging content that highlights the key messaging of the brand. To compliment this, you'll develop an influencer strategy designed to drive excitement and exposure of the brand.All of this activity will be designed to stimulate and aid our e-commerce offering, whilst growing our brand awareness.The role has huge potential for growth. Being our first marketing hire, you will play a critical role in developing our marketing approach and have a huge impact on growing the business. There is a large scope for fast career progression and being an integral part of an exciting success story.Key Responsibilities.1. Creating social-first content.2. Scheduling a content calendar for both TikTok and Instagram.3. Reaching out to and developing relationships with Influencers.4. Coming up with creative ideas to push the brand, whether it's digital or in-person gorilla marketing.5. Utilise creative tools (photoshop/canva) to create on brand designs for socials.6. Liaise with operations to send out samples to creators.7. Create partnership giveaway opportunities to grow our social presence and brand affiliations.8. Become a brand ambassador - Get busy on social media to develop a personal brand in order to generate excitement around your role.9. Create monthly marketing reports that highlight results achieved and social impact.10. Be proactive in finding growth opportunities. Excellent people skills - Comfortable in front of anyoneSalary: £18,000-£22,000 Hours: Full time, flexibility is essential as there will be events on occasional weekends and evenings.Location: Preferable London area based. We are flexible with how you work but you may be asked to come to our HQ (Woking, Surrey) occasionally for alignment.Holiday Policy: Unlimited holiday policy on top of the 28 days statutory minimum.
