We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team at this exciting time as we continue to invest for future growth.We're looking for an intern to join our team for a 3 month period (preferably June-August but we can be flexible) to support us with key projects.What you’ll doYou’ll be supporting the scientific and technical development of new smartphone based cognitive tasks for the assessment of executive function.Adapt existing and/or develop de novo assessments of executive function.Conduct web-based crowd-sourced tests of these candidate tasks, supporting decision making around task design and selection.Analyse results of the testing carried out and present findings and recommendations to the science team.What we’d love from youPhD in a cognition / neuroscience subjectAbility to develop cognitive tasks using JavascriptCurrent knowledge of applied cognitive neuroscience literatureAbility to explain scientific principles in a clear and concise mannerStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamEven if you don't have all the experience, we've listed we’d still love to hear from you if you're interested.What we can offer youFlexibility – our head office in the UK is in Bottisham, Cambridge; but we’re trialling smart working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote26 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays (pro rata)Life assurance 2x base salaryPlease note we aren’t a sponsoring employer.
