Our programme provides a unique opportunity to build your commercial skills in a highly successful B2B environment with two core rotations, one in the Product Management Group, and one in Sales. You’ll also get the opportunity to spend time in other key areas of our business such as Marketing, Procurement, Testing and Supply Chain. By the end of the programme you’ll have developed the business and personal skills needed to excel in a commercial role in one of our highly successful business areas.What you’ll do Working as a member of our talented teams you’ll gain valuable real world experience in developing, launching, managing and selling our product lines, working on a wide variety of activities in support of our business strategies.As part of the Product Management group you will be involved in analysing financial business data, understanding current and future market needs, collating and communicating customer and end user insights, and learn how to create value propositions which will support the next generation of Lubrizol products. You will gain exciting knowledge and learn a variety of new skills to support the team and its stakeholders in the execution of product line strategies.During the Sales rotation you will contribute to the analysis and understanding of sales opportunities, managing our customer accounts, market and brand mapping and identifying and following new opportunities for our latest products.What You’ll GainOur employees enjoy an open and collaborative working environment and treat each other with respect in a culture that values and rewards results, innovation and honesty.
