Leisure Machines Executive – Wolverhampton & Field Based

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Leisure Machines Team based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be required to gain a distinct competitive advantage by developing the businesses of our managed, retail and tenanted/leased sites, through effective account management of their machine income.

The Leisure Machines Team are a significant contributor to the company’s profit, therefore if you want to be in this exciting team and consider yourself a data guru, this could be the job for you!

Key Attributes & Responsibilities:

- To achieve an annual profit target through implementing central strategies, profitable supplier control and achieving KPI’s set

- To effectively manage our external machine suppliers to deliver a high level of service and profitability to our business and partners

 - To ensure at all times that consistent standards of operation are implemented across the area (including machine service levels, machine density level and position, security issues and all elements of administration)

- Develop analysis tools and reporting to focus activity for the Machines Team, Operations Teams and our machines suppliers to improve profitability

 - To keep pace with a constantly changing marketplace and anticipate market trends, competitive threats and commercial opportunities within this area
 
Creating monthly reports for our Operations Teams
 
- Will need to be in the office 2 - 3 times a week, based in Wolverhampton

- Self-motivated and confident, demonstrating a commitment to self-development

An intuitive and curious mind when it comes to data

- An excellent communicator and highly organised

- Passionate about delivering a great customer experience

- Strong commercial awareness with an interest in analysing figures in order to drive profitability

- Be able to influence key stakeholders
