Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 3) in our Sales and Aftercare Team Location: North basedFull time (37.5hpw), fixed term for 15 months Pay from £6.83 to £9.50 per hour (£13,355 to £18,576 per annum), depending on your age (this is reflective of National Minimum Wage), plus brilliant benefits and time to study for a qualification we pay for!Shaping our future with brilliant apprentices! We recognise and celebrate our differences, !About the roleThis is a super exciting time to join our Development as we aim to build, rent and sell 10,000 new homes over the next five years. You’ll be working directly with the Aftercare Team that directly helps our customers who will rent or buy these sparkly new homes. How awesome is that!Your specific role will be to work closely with the team that manages all of our new build properties after they have been handed over to customers (following the sales process) right through to the end of the defects liability period (or put more simply, the end of the aftercare period). So, you’ll help to make sure customers are 100% happy with the home they have bought.  Wow! What an amazing opportunity to build a career via an apprenticeship in an exciting customer services role.You’ll also learn about the wider team within which we sit and this might include visiting sites that we’re building on to see how we develop homes and shadowing our colleagues who look after the sales process to see how we do that too.You will report to Abby our Aftercare Manager, who manages the team in the North. You will also have a ‘buddy mentor’ within the team, someone who does a similar role, who will offer additional guidance and support. We’ll make sure you develop a wide range of skills across the entire aftercare function in no time! We are a close working team who take pride in our focus to deliver excellent customer service and defect management.
