Wren Kitchens are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and strong hunger to grow within IT, is this you?In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.A Typical Day in the Job: Providing IT support across the business via the helpdesk Prioritise and respond to tickets that come through via the helpdesk Install, configure and update hardware as well as software Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues accordinglyFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: IT and technology hobbyist Eager to learn Have a can-do attitude Ability to use your own initiative Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English or Level 2 Functional skill equivalentSalary, Hours & Benefits: 4 days a week on a rotating shift pattern £21,000 Per annum 20 days holiday + bank holidays Funded quarterly IT team socials GO Karting, archery, and more!
