Your training will support you becomingthe face of our company,gaining skills to ensure you givegreat first impressionswhen customers come in to branch and provide understanding on how to create stock displaysto providing exceptionalcustomer service. You may also support the wider branch team,calling customerswith our sales team,pickingand packingproducts in our warehouse to ensurecustomers ordersare completed on time. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in to theElectrical Trade sector,You will learn all about theindustry whilstcompleting the apprentice programmewhich will take around 15 months to finish. The Role:Deliver excellent customer service to all customersBuild and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyaltyBe flexible to carry out various tasks and activities to support the effective overall running of the branch including being in the stores, telesales and trade counter salesBe a relief Driver for van deliveries to support as necessaryEffectively manage stock display on the trade counter exposing the customer to a wide range of stock and impulse products, new stock ranges and any value-added services as is practical within the Sales CounterMaintain a clean and tidy environment that is always well presented creating an environment to positively influence the Sales Counter performanceUsing IT systems such as M3 or Microsoft Office where appropriate The Person:Customer focused, with experience of working in a customer facing roleConfident to work in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detailA flexible approach and an ability to work under pressureEmbracing of change and new technologiesProactive approach and a natural flair for building relationships with customersApply ONLINE today Our client believes that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list.
