Vacancy Overview: Are you passionate about giving good customer service? This could be the role for you! Remit are recruiting for Water Plus who are based in Stoke on Trent, ST4 4DA. As a Water Plus Apprentice you’ll complete your Customer Service Practioner Level 2. Working Week: 37.5 hours - Mon - Friday - either 7.30 - 4.30 or 8.30 - 5.30 Annual Wage: £16000 Detailed Job Description: At Water Plus you’ll have plenty of scope to grow, you’ll be helping customers, solving problems, working with some great people, plus you’ll build and improve transferrable skills and no experience is required!You will:- Input customer data in a timely and accurate manner - Investigate&rectify any data gaps or anomalies in customer data, ensuring that it is accurate and aligned - Own enquiries/issues from receipt to resolution, ensuring actions are completed, and the originator is updated. - Respond to, and issue customer correspondence in line with Water Plus policy - Speak to the customer directly to resolve outstanding queries as appropriate - Liaise with third-party partners and wholesalers as requiredPLEASE NOTE: transport to site is limited.
