We want you to be part of our diverse workforce!Apprenticeship programmeDuring this 42 - month programme, we will help you to develop your practical skills and knowledge required for you to succeed in this role as well as your future career. Throughout this programme, you will continue to develop your behaviours such as team working, problem-solving and customer focus. Veolia as a business is not only interested in what you accomplish, but the manner you do it.As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you'll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a Level 3 Technical (Knowledge) Certificate BTEC In Engineering Support, Level 3 NVQ (Competency) in Engineering Support & Working Safety (H&S) Certificate.What will you be doing?Support with remote monitoring, diagnostics and control of the fleet of Combined Heat and Power units.Analyse and advise the appropriate Veolia managers/supervisors of unit faults on a priority basis.Provide service/technical support to customers and Veolia CHP engineers as required.Attend meetings and company seminars as directed by the Operations Manager.Assist with maintenance pricing and contract renewals.Provide system administration support.Assist key stakeholders across the business with data analysis required for new sales and maintenance tenders.What are we looking for?A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & EnglishFull UK driving licence is not essential however would be desirableEnthusiastic and eager to learnFlexible and adaptableGood communication & problem-solving skillsAssessmentsAs a part of your online application, you will need to complete gamified assessment challenges before we can consider your application for this position.
